my tablet died

I'm afraid. It won't turn on. Won't charge. And it's over 2 years old. Gee, hope I can get my pics out. I've been trying the SIM card in other phones. Doesn't work. I really don't want another device.

So, baseballs on. It was warm day. No soup. Had Vietnamese lunch with pal, aka Neil diamond. Had garlic chicken over bed of vegetables. I envisioned a hearty mix of broccoli, carrots etc. What I got was sliced onions, lettuce, shallots. Kind of disappointing. He had kung pow chicken. Appetizers were chicken satay and pork rolls. Normally I'd never order that much, but he has a hearty appetite. I believe I will put my seal of approval on this restaurant. It's so exotic inside. Food is pretty good. Prices reasonable. The best part is they leave you alone. That also means you give up attentive service. But you're not rushed. I hate getting the check before you've finished. Here, sometimes I have to go seek out the check.

It's gfs birthday today. Want to dine with her, too.
