So yayyy! Another happy Menewsha event. I looove spring time events, because they're always so cheery and colourful. <3

Soo we've been collecting chocolates and snowflakes and candies for the past events... but for this week...

My favourite is the petals, I think... very pink. Yayy.

All of the event commons are really cute, too, and I want so manyyy... if only I could save up enough buds in time!! >w< I think some pretty wings would be very nice... even though I'll prollally sell them for 3k higher than the store price after the event. Haha. But so sparkly! *w*

Well, I'd better be off to collect more orchids and buds if I want those wings... mwahahaha.

[size=1][color=hotpink][font=century gothic]Yeah, I really think it's true. I mean, comparing Menewsha to Gaia, at least. Lately that's what it seems like! I think that Menewsha definitely spends more time building the community, updates and events around the [i]users[/i] and what [i]we[/i] would enjoy, and I really like that. Gaia now has just turned into some huge advertisement. NO JOKE. Anytime a new movie or book comes out or whatever, new NPCs, new quests, and new free items everywhere... Eww. Gaia is getting so junked up, and it's really not that fun anymore with all these random things flying around. Seriously, now over there we've got some Panda NPC's with the voice of Jack Black, Meg Cabot, and even some commercial skittles pinata dude. And the items are so unattractive, anyway.

Hahaha, and that's not even all. The items are starting to get on my nerves, too. I liked back in the good 'ol days when we had a pair of slippers, a scarf, or a cute hat. Simple and satisfying. But now each item insists on having like, 100 different equip options. It's just 10 free items for the price of 1. It sounds cool and gold-saving, sure, but nothing has any worth, now, over there.

Mene has actual singular items and Gold is worth more, which keeps you hooked. It makes you want to [i]work[/i] for whatever, right? The events are awesome, because you get to actually use your brain and call for help when you need to. The items are wayy better, too, and it looks like some time was actually put into designing and pixeling and creating them, etc. I'm not totally sure that everyone would want to wear crappy looking prom dresses designed by a television character WHO INVADED IAN'S SHOP AND KICKED RUFUS OUT, BUM-HEAD. ;O;

Eww, I could go on forever. Have I ranted enough for you, yet? xDD

At least I still have actual Gaia friends, though? Cx[/size][/font][/color]

The new Menewsha is so amazing!! *O* I love the pretty bright colours, and the adorable new art. The new layout is so pretty. Old Mene was super cool, but new Mene is like, woah. xDD Ooooh, another plus: It feels like now the users have so much more freedom and control! Or should I say customization? I don't know. D:

Even the new header on the site just drove me crazyyyy because it's so cute, I knew that Mene was going to be super super amazing.

And it's WAY more amazing then I thought it would be. AMAZINGNESS.

Ahaha I totally forgot about my blog title here for a second. Wondering why I titled it "I can't find my face"? xDD I'm wondering the same thing.

I've only found one (personal) downside (so far) about the new system-thingy... I'm a little teeny-tiny bit sad with the avatars. ^-^;; I have no nose and I look really scary! Eeep! So yeah, I miss my nose. I hear that we will have some sort of noses soon in the future though? That's good news indeed. cx
