Information :[indent]Six months, according to him, Cesar's Master died, though he has no memory of how it happened, only that she died. Since then, he has been wandering around the world, feeling lost in his purpose. His Master always seemed to know exactly where they should go and what needed to be done. Without his Master, Cesar has no idea where to go or where he is needed, so he wanders until he finds supernatural activity. He has this odd habit of hearing the ticking of a clock, that no one else seems to hear though he tends to think nothing of it. He has an arrow that appears from time to time on his left hand. The arrow changes directions all the time and sometimes leaves a burning feeling in his hand.

At the beginning of the story, Cesar arrives in a small town called Tallengrove. This is where he first encounters Viktor Dirge and Nick Warner. He hates Viktor right off the bat, finding the man's oddly smug attitude around him irritating. He isn't too fond of Nick after their first meeting, annoyed with his overly friendly attitude. He isn't in the habit of making friends as he never stays anywhere for very long, so he sees no point in attempting to befriend the people he meets.

Cesar hates how short he is and often feels anger toward people who are taller than he. He has a love of spiders and secretly - or maybe not-so-secretly - gushes over wolves. Prior to the story, he spent a long time in the "underworld" where demons dwell.[/indent]
