How'd you tell someone you like them?

In the teenage life the word love has always been a very touchy subject.
Some people believe love doesn't exist as a teenage it is just deep likeing, or infatuations. In the end I do not think I'm In love. But I do like this person alot.
The reason this may be a different subject then most teenage problems of HOW TO TELL SUM1 U LIEK THEM!!??!!!

My problem is compiled like this

The Person Is on of My best friends
I'm Bisexual
and Its a guy.




Now in the end some may find these an easy thing just tell your friend, in the end not being openly bi to him may be the first problem.
I have been thinking for along time that i should tell him since He is a very good friend.
Which could be the first steps in telling him.

Also I don't know his orientation the sad part about really being infatuated with someone it does hurt even though it isn't necessarily love.


So in the end what would you say is the best way to tell someone you like them? even if your not bi and its a boy!

but if the situation is similar.. that advice would be great.
