[B]Appearance:[/B] Her natural form is that of a young gold dragon, however she prefers to appear as a human. In human form, she is 5'1" tall and is slender with long blond hair that she likes to wear up and red eyes. As she did get to have some control over what this form looks like, she of course looks beautiful. She loves to dress girly and wear reds and pinks.

[B]Personality:[/B] She is kind and fun-loving and she's not afraid to flirt to try and get her way. She has a strong sense of family and doesn't like other people talking bad about hers. She does not have a taste for violence, preferring diplomacy and hating to kill. She can also be very girly. She does lose her patience sometimes and doesn't like being told she's too young. Also, as she is a dragon, she has a love for treasure, especially artwork. This does not make her overly materialistic, though, as she still places people over things.

[B]Personality flaws:[/B] She is a hoarder, which means she has a tendency to hang on to things she considers to be treasure and will get very defensive of them. She is also a terrible cook.

Amelie comes from a noble family of gold dragons. She spent her whole life at her family's lair, and enjoys being a bit spoiled. She enjoys painting and reading and playing the piano. She was very close to her brother, and when he left a few years ago, she went looking for him.

She eventually found him and followed him around on some adventures for a few years. Unfortunately, tragedy struck, and her brother was killed by an idiot adventurer who thought that all dragons were automatically evil. It was a hard blow to her as they were so close, but she tries her best to hide it and continue to hold her head high despite how much she misses him.

She grieved for an appropriate amount of time, but instead of moving back home to be with her parents again, she took up residence in Avelane. She decided that she enjoyed her freedom and socializing with all the shiny paladins, and being an adult, it was entirely her choice. Occasionally she plays piano at the theater or the inn and also takes commissions for paintings, as she doesn't want to always rely on her parents for money.

The purpose of this blog category is for me to be able to display some of my old roleplay characters as examples, as I mentioned I would do in my [url=http://www.menewsha.com/forum/roleplay-hall/roleplay-lobby/roleplay-requests/216769-sarahbelles-hunt-rp.html]roleplay request thread,[/url] since unused character profiles are not allowed in the forums, which is fine.

Quite often I will base new characters off of these old ones as I am so familiar with playing them. Of course, I will tweak them so that they fit the roleplay, such as changing race or background or age. After all, it's the personality I'm accustomed to playing, the rest is just the wrapping paper.

You may notice that some of these have personalities or abilities inspired off of canon characters. However, I do not play canons, I just get inspired by them.

These all come from the same cross-canon sandbox setting that has a sort of casual stats system. I do not expect my roleplays here to do the same, but I am just copy-pasting everything here, so feel free to just overlook that stuff without worrying about it.

Also, some have histories that involve canon characters or items because they are from the setting mentioned above. I do not play fandoms - the canons are only mentioned because they were played by others in the large sandbox and became important to mine through interaction. I even have one that ended up marrying a canon character even though I know very little about the canon itself. What can I say, love happens, haha. So yes, don't take this as meaning I play fandoms.

There are also some characters with unique races. These races also belong to the setting I mentioned, and although they seem strange, they were not considered special snowflakes when I created them as others play them as well. If you're curious to know about them, you can ask. Otherwise, just read it for the personality and history info as that would be what is most important.
