[CENTER][COLOR=DeepSkyBlue][SIZE=2]I think that I had a great day so far. I woke up a little later than I wanted to do, but that wasn't really a problem with me because I still got everything that I wanted to do accomplished.

So I got up around 8:30-9 am and decided that I had time to check for updates and stuff before I had to go to my grandmother's house this morning. I went on Perez and checked the latest gossip, checked on Menewsha, my email, etc.

Around 9:40, I took a shower and got ready to leave for my grandmother's house, who was expecting me to be over there around 10:30, and it takes me 20 minutes to get there so I figured that I would have plenty of time. So not the case. It turned out that I had to take my brother to his girlfriend's house as well because my mom didn't want to do it, but that meant that I had to wait for him to get ready and stuff and that required that he take a shower and change and blah blah blah. Only problem with this, is that my brother takes insanely long showers whenever he doesn't have a broken foot, so now that he has a broken foot, he has to take a longer one. Go me. He's ready around 10:15, which is all fine and dandy. I'll only be a little late right? Wrong. I figured since his girlfriend lives 10 minutes in the oposite direction of my grandmother's house, that means that it'll be another 20 minutes for me to get there at least depending on traffic conditions and since I'm already late as it is, I might as well stop at Starbucks and get my Passionfruit tea. Yum.

I made it out to my grandmother's house at 11:20. Almost an HOUR after I was supposed to be there, so she was a little annoyed at that, but no worries since my cousin's weren't there yet either. When they arrived around noon, we all went to lunch at some buffet that my grandmother wanted to try. It wasn't bad, but I'm not really one for buffets anyways so it was kind of a waste for me. But the lady that was our waitress was really nice and very attentive so that made it worth going to.

After the whole lunch thing, we went to Walmart to get some groceries for my grandmother who hadn't been grocery shopping in about two weeks so she was getting low on things that she used a lot. I've been telling her for ages that she needs to start going to Costco or Sam's Club or something and start buying her junk in bulk since she uses so much of it but she just won't listen to me very much.

After Walmart we went to the bank and she deposited some money and so did my cousin who had yet to cash her graduation checks that she got from family (she was pushing it a bit since graduation was back on the 21st of May for her >>) but no big deal. We got back to my grandmother's house around 3, and then chatted for a while. My cousin's had to leave around 4 so that one of them could go home and get ready for work, so I stay after to chat a bit more and then I left as well, around 4:30.

From there, I came home to drop off some stuff, then went to go visit my mom at work, where I chatted with some of her coworkers for a bit, and then proceeded to get my mom a new pair of shoes that she's been wanting. That was the whole point of going to her work in the first place was to get the money from her to go and get them. And since the shoe store was right next to Barnes and Noble, I went in and read the first chapter of Breaking Dawn now that the Eclipse Special Edition is out. And I must say, that I was rather impressed, though I felt that Bella should really get over herself and stop being such a baby about marriage. Anyone else read that chapter yet?

So now I'm home, and it's 7:30. My dad was supposed to be home around 6, but he's still not here. And I'm not hungry at all. How fun eh? XD

[CENTER][SIZE=2][COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed changes that are slightly bothering to them at all on the site? I'm not trying to be negative or anything, but I'm having trouble dealing with the whole repixeling of items (even though I've known for so long that they'd have to be redone anyways) and how different they all look now. It's almost as if they're being recreated entirely rather than being fixed. I want the items to stay true to what we know, just to be more visually appealing.

For example, not only have the Basic T-Shirts been fixed, but they've been entirely redone. The shape of the shirts is completely different, and the colors are much darker, or too vibrant I'm thinking. If they were new items entirely, I wouldn't really have a problem with them because they look great, but they're just not sticking to what the items were originally supposed to look like.

And why can't we have kept our old versions? I think it would have been fun to have had them even if they weren't up to standards. I think that for those of us who like those items as they were before better than the new ones, we should be allowed to keep them because we've already paid for them, and it's not going to hurt if we choose to keep them. We worked for them, they should be ours. We can buy the new ones later if we like those as well.

I'm sorry that I'm sounding like a nag right now, because I know that the whole thing of redoing the items is entirely for the benefit of the site and the users here, but I'm thinking we should just be given the option to at least keep our items that we worked for and for the items that we all know and love to stick to what they looked like before, but with better shading. It's not our fault that they were poorly done before, and I think that when the devs work on fixing these items, they shouldn't remake them from scratch.

Hm. I don't know. A lot of people are going to be mad at me for this post I'm thinking. I don't really care I guess.

I both hope that the devs do a good job with the rest of the items that they intend on fixing, and hope that they don't change them as entirely as they have with the Basic T-shirts.

[CENTER][SIZE=2][COLOR=DeepSkyBlue]Man, I have been speed typing away today and its kind of funny because my dad has been listening to the keys click and he just thinks its insane that I can type as fast as I can without making a lot of mistakes and the funny thing is that even if I make a mistake I can catch it in a second and have it fixed and moved on before my dad would have even been able to press the backspace button.

But that's not why I'm writing this. My mom decided that she wanted to take a nap whenever I was ready to go to my grandmother's house this morning so I have to wait until she wakes up to go. How lame right? But whatever.

Haha, get this. My leg has been on fire for like two hours while I was watching X3 and I was like, what the hell is my leg burning for, and it turns out that it was the little power box in the charger cord for my computer xD I kept thinking that it had to be something relating to my computer because I know that my computer has been well ventilated because it's not been really hot or anything, but because it's been on and it's been charging that it would be hotter than if it weren't charging right. So I go to get up, and I see the charger box thing on the cord right where my leg was and now I'm thinking its really kind of funny.

Back to my grandmother. We'll be going over there whenever my mom wakes up from her nap, but that's only if she isn't all that cranky or whatever because whenever she's cranky, it's best not to push her to go places or do anything. God, that woman needs to hit menopause already. Actually, she probably could have used it ten years ago when my brother and I were idiots and a pain in her ass (or more so than we are now : ) ) because man did we pull her leg a lot XD

The reason we're supposed to be going to my grandmother's house is that my mom bought her some new bedding from Linen's N Things yesterday or something and she wanted to go out there and hang out for a bit and put it on her bed for her. But that has yet to be seen for reasons previously stated.

My mom should have woken me up earlier. We are supposed to go to my grandmother's house today and she wanted to go early (about an hour ago) but didn't bother getting me up or anything. So we're going in about an hour xD

And um.. I dreamed about Harry Potter all night last night. It was totally weird. I've had the same exact dream before though. Like, déjà vu haha.

Anyways, I'm going to go and get ready, shower, eat something. Talk to you all later : )
