[SIZE="1"][B][COLOR="DarkOrange"]It seems that lately, I haven't been doing very well. I'm always tired, even though I get a good night's rest... my dreams also seem to be getting stranger for me... I've always been a light sleeper, but I've always had vivid, rememberable dreams that tend to stick with me.
I've done my research and know a bit about dreams, but not too much. I believe that I tend to remember my dreams so well, is because of my light sleeping, I tend to wake up in the REM (rapid eye movement) stage, the state of sleep in which we are actually dreaming. (there are four states of sleep that we go through while sleeping and our minds only drift into dreaming during the REM stage)
So, this has been taking a heavier toll on my sleeping habits, because I wake up during the last stage, and technically don't get through all the stages of rest.
As weird as it seems, I think that's my problem. [/COLOR][/B][/SIZE]
