Huzzah! I just got off my first day of actual work at the call center I work at (we finished "training" on Friday). I can now proudly say that my job sucks XD.
All we've gotten all day were "iPhone, iPhone, iPhone". Which is all transfered from customer care. Who, you know, knows that we can't and do not sell them at any call center. Yay for angry customers! I made absolutely no commission today and am already thinking of changing call centers. I think I can deal with perverts at Victoria Secret better than angry AT&T customers.
Oh, and I think I have a crush on a guy on my team and who was in my training class. What is with me and deep voices on skinny guys? >.<
