| 0001: I need to write 25 pages about cheese. | 0001: I need to write 25 pages about cheese. Specifically, about cheese protein degradation and how it affects cheese texture and flavor. That's the life of a food science grad student for ya - I learn all about science as applied to food.
Food science and culture is extremely interesting to me, but I don't intend to stay a student forever. Just one more year, and then hopefully, I'll have a real salary again! Then I can pick up some of the things I've been wanting for a while now - like an HDTV, a XBox 360 and a bunch of other geek stuff like that. For right now, being on a grad student stipend..well, I suppose it builds character, but I don't expect to be on it forever. :P
