I got the mail in my yahoo inbox.

I got the email with zero problems ^_^ kudos to the new mail system!

I got mine in my spam/junk folder on hotmail.

Almost missed it, but after digging through the spam and the trash, I found it... in my Menewsha folder. *facepalm* For some reason it was already marked "read."

Anyway, yes, I received the email!

Took a little digging, but I found it, in my Gmail inbox. :3

i don't usually check my mail..^^' (sinze i'm lazy)
but i got it too, on hotmail.

I've received it in my Inbox on my Yahoo account.

Umm...I got mine through my Yahoo Inbox, but I accidentally deleted it. :sweat: Sorry about that, I get a lot of spam so when I see the word "free" in the message I usually delete it without thinking about it. I checked the trash, but it wasn't there anymore.

I received this in my IncrediMail Inbox

I got it in my Inbox. I use Mozilla Thunderbird... :) Had to weed through all my e-mails... lol.

I got the email, but almost didn't find it. The PM alerts come to my regular Inbox just fine, but this email went to my Junk email box.

I use RoadRunner.

I received the email in my Junk email folder.

If you didn't receive the mail on your mule account, is this because you turned off the option to receive admin mail as we suggested to you a while back?

UPDATE: Having read through this thread (all of it!) I'll see if I can cover the questions that have been raised...

• If you didn't get your gold there's a good chance that you followed the link for the wrong account. Each link, though it looks the same, has the user ID of the account that it was sent to embedded in it. That ID is linked to the email you use for that account, so if you're logged into your main, but you follow the link in your mule's email (or vice versa) you won't get your bonus.
  So feel free to try again using the correct account/link combination this time :)
  
• The reason the mail is landing in so many people's spam folders is because of the volume sent out in one go. As the system has managed to send a lot more this time without exploding, email services are looking at it like :stare: because they think all bulk mail with the same title is spam.
  
• If you haven't received mail at all, there are currently just over 4000 undelivered/returned messages in the Support email's spam box...most can't be delivered at all as the addresses are inactive and so on, but there are 120 that are currently queued and may arrive yet.
  
• If you have mail sent to main and mule then it's perfectly fine to post with both in here, just make sure you use the right link for the right account.

Mine was received in the Junk Folder, and I use an University account, which they use Outlook as their primary source for emails. The University of Michigan to be exact. x3 So they probably have Junk filters that throw it into the Junk folder, but I'll just add Menewsha as a safe sender, and shouldn't be a problem anymore, for me at least. ;3
