It falls on Easter weekend. Makes it kind of tricky to gather some folks to go with because of that! xD With almost 21,000 in attendance, I highly doubt it'll go away! (How they work? Do you have any particular questions?)

I can only speak for myself... I have two more cons in the near future that I have tables at - Everfree NW and Kuronekocon. Both are in July and in Washington state. Next year I'll try to travel a bit, so I'm eyeing cons in Texas and California. I don't know if I'll be able to make it to the East coast.

Aw, it's too bad many aren't attending! It's one of the largest anime cons in the US, so I was hoping to have a good chance to meet other Menewshans. ^^

It seems like a lot of people could almost make it. We should plan early and make a push thread before hand next year! Get people to plan around it.

I feel bad that I'm not going, but really can't justify buying access. I could maybe stop by one the eateries and such nearby and drop off some goodies. Maybe that doesn't have to be con related maybe I could just come up with a way to do that when people actually have free time. Notice a lot of maybes. No promises here at all folks, just thinking.

The soonest I'll know if I'm attending Sakura Con 2014 will be mid-November. (I actually don't attend cons unless I have an artist alley table. ^^;; )

That's sad. Maybe that should change, then again I don't know how many people here are from Australia. xD

I do believe mene needs a thread dedicated to conventions.
That way if we had a list of all conventions we could participate in for mene and what staff members are available for them.

It could also help give a visible tally of the members that are going for sure even if the staff can't.

Maybe I need to tell Inso to get off home to his mum's house and host a convention there?
