The dream avatar creator is a program that you have to download, which was recently updated, luckily. ^^;;

here. Please read through the directions of how to use it before downloading it. A lot of people don't bother and then end up with a lot of easily answered questions. Though the MAC was recently updated, it still doesn't have every item in it, so please keep that in mind.
In the future, I would recommend reading through the FAQs and stickies first. ^_~
