So I made a thread in the fanfic category and have been copy/pasting my fanfics from my ff.net account...and I'm not getting any gold for it. At all. I got gold for my initial info post, but nothing for any of the other posts, one of which was not copypasta. Is this a glitch, or is there a time limit between getting gold and being able to post again, or do you not get gold from copy/paste posts? Because I was really hoping that posting my writing would help me earn a little extra gold and so far...zilch.

Hmm, I have to say that I personally am very happy that you're not getting any gold for doing that, because I greatly disapprove of people being allowed to copy/paste reams of their own work from elsewhere just to farm gold, I want the practice to be disallowed but sadly I'm in the minority.

Having said that, I've looked at your posts and I can't see any reason you wouldn't be earning gold from them. But we do have an intermittent glitch in the areas where people habitually make large posts, which does stop you from getting any gold sometimes, but so far we haven't been able to discover what causes it.

Honestly, posting my stuff here wasn't just my way of collecting gold. It was a little perk, but it was in no way the reason I made the thread. I like getting feedback about my characterizations, because I want to write for DC someday.
S' not my fault that I like writing semi-long stories XD
But the only thing I'm ticked about is that my second post was typed out in the little type box, and I still didn't get any gold for it.

If you'd like to try fix and gaining the gold, edit your post (don't need to do anything) and save, if it doesn't work add a color to it and it should.

There's only been one case where this does not work.
