Where can I get one of those Yellow and Black cat shirts and ballon?

I see everyone wearing them,even new people like me! A little help?

I suppose they bought them from other users on the Exchange or were given them as a gift, perhaps. :)

The yellow and black cat shirts are called the Welcome Shirts and the balloons with the cat heads on them are Welcome Balloons. They are rare items given out to the first 1,000 members of Menewsha and can only be purchased from other users. :)
