She tried joinin' back in August and she never got the confirmation letter for her account.

She told her her username was Rainleaf13


How would she go about getting the email to confirm her account?

We can resend it to the address we have on file. She'd want to make sure to check her junk and spam folders also.

If she hasn't logged in to the email account for a while, it may also be defunct, and it will bounce as undeliverable.

She said that she would like it to be resent.
