As annoying as some may find it, I am a big fan of special characters. I have a habit of using them in my thread titles, as well as for headers in thread bodies and links in signatures.

Does Menewsha have a policy regarding characters like that? I use quite a few from this page, if you're unsure of what characters I mean.

Yep, go right ahead! Just as long as you don't use them to decorate (non set-up) posts, you're good.
Set up posts in threads you're creating can have them for decoration. :)

Thanks!

I know Menewsha doesn't allow flobs or anything like that in posts for decoration (I'm guilty of using them on other sites, so it's probably a good thing I read the rules), but its fine if I'm setting up a post for, say, a thread in the marketplace or something, and want to use it in a menu or header?

Yup, it's fine. In forums like Quests, Charity, the Exchange, Art Shops and the like where users create permanent threads, adding post decoration to the your set up posts is okay.

It's only when you get into the normal swing of the thread when it's not allowed. :)
