I am obviously new here, and I keep seeing people with all these awesome Halloween items on their avis!
I know that event/ holliday items are free on Gaiaonline, and I was wondering how everyone is getting all these cool items!

Our Halloween event hasn't started yet. These are from last year and you could probably find them in the exchange.

On my avvie, not everything is from the events though. the pants, hat and hoodie are in the shops. The background is a recent CI, as are the eyeballs. The bats, pumpkins, and ghost are from the event last year and the year before.

I can't wait, I hope I have enough money for the items, if they cost, not sure, I haven't been here long. I know one thing, I will keep playing Attack Of The Fan girls so I can be ready! I can't wait for Christmas...I Know, I know, it's not even Thanksgiving lol.

Just be sure to check the announcements forum regularly to hear more about the upcoming event. :yes: :D We don't announce an official start time, so you'll just have to keep an eye out. ;)

Liunesta, the event items themselves cost event currency, which is different from gold. :yes: You earn it during the event and can buy the event items with it. Then, there's the Special Event Store, a gold shop where event commons are released for 50% off. Once the event is over, they're moved to the regular shops at full price. So it's good to save your gold to buy cheap commons. :XD Usually the event commons are related to the event, so I'm sure you'll find all kinds of great Halloween items in the shop. :)

Haha yea i can't wait till Christmas and etc too. Lolz i know it's not even Halloween yet though but i just love Christmas spending it with family and the ones you love. My boyfriend Joe is in the army right now i miss him like crazy he is getting out in like two months hopefully. I will hopefully see him at Christmas. =) I love the Attack of the fan girls game it's so much fun. =)
