(I hope I'm asking in the right place)

So, I'm still really new, and it seems like I'm putting my foot in my mouth a lot, but I have a question for people:
The NPC's (Like Mr. Mayor, etc), what are their names?

It's just one of those things that has been lurking in the back of my mind whenever I get on.
