HELP! My account was banned FOR NO REASON.
Hello.
So, I've been on menewsha since January 28, 2008. I've been dedicated spending most of my free time on here. Well guess what? My account was banned. For NO reason! I just read through my posts again and through the TOS, rules, etc. and I didn't violate ANYTHING. I've been respectful (even when I disagree with someones opinion) and the ONLY places I've been posting are in the art freebies, art auctions, and art shops. I pay people when they're done with my art or before if they request (which none of them did). I had 5,000 gold and worked fricking HARD to get that much playing games until I reached the 500 max every single day. I ONLY created this account because, GUESS WHAT? I had people who were making me art. In case you can't tell, I'm just a LITTLE bit peeved. I've emailed but I haven't gotten a response back yet and I'm waiting on art. I would like to repeat the fact that I have done absolutely nothing wrong!! EVER. I logged in earlier today and was going to play a game but got distracted with my rabbit I just adopted. I went to play a game and this popped up: Quote:

It doesn't say it's banned, usually under the avi and username on the profile it says banned, your other account doesn't.

How long ago before you came on today were you last on?
Emails to test for dead accounts went out, and if your email adress that you'd used for Menewsha bounced back the email that was sent out the account becomes deactivated. This might be the case and it is just a matter of the staff reactivating it when they see this/read the email you sent them. |
Contact [email protected] and they will be able to help you with your issues.
Though, by the looks of it. Your email probably bounced back during one of the news letters and your account was put into the Dead Account profile until you contacted support. |

Checking your profile, you have no listed warnings. And checking the back end, "Librus" is marked as a 'Dead Account'. As said, your e-mail may have bounced back. Just send a message to the e-mail Barty posted, [email protected], and they'll get this all straightened out. :) |
