Just curious, as I see some folks who post and such but yet in bold, red letters it says 'Banned' under their username. Is there some sort of event going on to cause it? xD

I tried to do a search to see if anyone else has asked or if it has been listed as a fact, but I didn't come across anything, soo here I waste some time to ask for the sake of curiosity. >.>

Those folks probably are banned, yes. There is not a single event that would cause that other than bad behavior.

But yet they are able to go around and post?? o.O; What brings me to ask, is I see this one in the auctions bidding for art, is their bid still meant to count or...?

Oh, and just for the lookers... I'm not jelly and this was a general "people get banned for bad behavior". It was not directed about specific banning, as I had no part in banning anyone (I was not on site and found out after the fact).
