Like Beetle has said, you should read the rules because there's a lot differences than other sites. It'll be safer in ways so you don't get warned/infracted and later banned if you get too many infraction points.
To answer your questions though:
1) You can swear in context, but not at people. But swearing every few words is too much.
2) You do have to keep all RP content at PG-13, this means nothing too graphic in terms of sexuality (curtain over effect and move elsewhere if you need) and any gore needs warnings on the post.
3) What you see in terms of games is what you get, we used to have only five they've been growing slowly. You earn 500g a day, 1000g if you have a mule. I find it easier to earn gold by posting than by playing games (for instance I earned all I have right now within a few hours and only in one forum, usually more if I'm posting in multiple forums at the same time).
4) What isn't allowed.. compared to Gaia, there is a lot that isn't allowed. I'll stick with the bare minimum basics: Spam, Flaming, Double posting (harder to do now that there's a new feature coded for this), trolling, hacking (site or users), scamming others, offsite trading, begging for gold/clothing, necroing threads (unless they're part of an indexed forum that you only need one post per subject), no one word posts, no flobs (image spam)... Ah went a bit over basics but I think you get the point.. to know everything take a look at the rules.
