When I first logged into my account [Dead.Angel] this morning, I got this message:
“You have been banned for the following reason:
Your account has been de-activated due to a disabled email account or for marking spam on a newsletter sent from us. Please contact us on [email protected] to rectify the situation. Thanks :)
Date the ban will be lifted: Never”

The email is perfectly active, and is actually the email I use all the time, and I can’t help it if, my spam settings automatically send something from menewsha, to my spam folder. I have my spam settings to high, and even though the email is in my contact list, it might accidentally get sent there. I did send an email to [email protected]. I was wondering what else I could do about this, if anything at all.

Do you know how long it usually takes for a response from support? My friend is in the same boat, and was wondering how long it would take.
