Menewsha Avatar Community - Solved Banned?

When I log into my main account, I get the following message :

Your account has been de-activated due to a disabled email account or for marking spam on a newsletter sent from us. Please contact us on [email protected] to rectify the situation. Thanks :)

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

I was without internet for rather a long time, due to real life issues, and would really like to get back on to my account.
I contacted the site the contact link perhaps a week ago now, and then followed up with an email using an active email address perhaps 3-4 days ago.
I was curious how long it takes to get an account reactivated, or if I would get a reply if its decided that you will not reinstate my account.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
