Hi there. I'm obviously new to the site, and I had a quick question. Can anybody show me how to sell items? I just bought two of the monthly items, but have no idea where or how to sell them... I know theres an exchange forum somewhere, but 1) I don't know where 2) I don't know how to trade and 3) Can I even trade yet being as new as I am? Please and thanks to anyone who helps!

You could request that whoever buys the items from you starts the trade so you can see how trading works, but in general you would hit the "trade" button, then insert the username of the person buying your item. hit submit, then it will take you to a page with all of your items in little boxes. Click the items that they purchased and the click the start trade button which is found at the bottom of your inventory page. Do NOT hit confirm on the trade until they have entered the gold/items you are trading for. When they have entered the payment, and confirmed the trade, you will confirm and the trade will be completed.

Yes, even though you just joined, you are welcome to use the exchange. I used CI's as a bit of a gold booster when I first joined too ;D

Well...do you know how much the new CI's are going for? Does Mene have a Marketplace, like gaia? How do I know how much to sell them for? I feel so confused xD

There's a price guide at the top of the exchange forum that'll tell you about what they go for. There is no market place but we do have the exchange. Price guide can be found here

Mene doesn't have a coded marketplace where sellers are able to put up items and buyers are able to purchase them automatically, but we do hope to implement something like this in the future.

For now all sales have to be done manually. You create a thread in the Exchange Forum, one per user, and state your buying and selling needs.

We have a Price Guide that gives you a pretty good idea of what items are worth.

You won't see the average price of the new CIs in the Price Guide just yet, but you'll find that users sell them anywhere from 900g to 2000g each. 1000g each, i've found, is the most common. Just depends on the seller. :)
