Marketplace Bidding
I was just wondering if when you bid on an item in the Marketplace if it takes the gold out of your account immediately?

When you get outbid on an item, will you be notified with a notice of some kind? :3 |
I've been outbid several times, so I can safely say, yes. xD The Auctioneer sends you a PM saying that you've been outbid on your item, sends you a link to the item in question and then a link to the shop where you're buying it (:

Certainly makes things easier xD I'm assuming that he'll also let us know if we win an auction as well.

Yep, it'll tell you if you win an auction. You'll get a message saying you won, the amount of gold that you had bid on the item, and the number of people who had also bid on the item. :P |
