well Ive asked quite a few people if my avatar on my profile is naked and they reply no and for the most part they are right ive given my character some cloths and hes fully dressed but what the problem is im not seeing it on my end of the deal here my profile shows me in boxers but on forums i can see him dressed in there some kind of error going on here

I see you dressed in clothes, so it's likely a caching issue on your end. Try clearing your cache.
