When and how did those items came (Not New Item)
 

I knew this item existed but I never knew it was from Winter Festival in 10' as it been listed in Event and CI item listed.. Could anyone tell me how did people get those.. I have slow memory and can't remember it even tho I was active on those time to get other items

They were available in the Event Store as EIs during the 2010 Winter Nights Festival. :yes:
