I didn't buy those shoes!
 

For some reason I got a pair of shoes I didn't want. I clicked on the purchase button for the starry boots and got Gold EGL shoes.

What happened?

The page was probably still loading, as the shoes are just beneath the boots in the shop the images will have moved up as you clicked on them so you'll have put those into your basket by mistake. The basket will have shown the shoes rather than the boots though, so it's always best to check you have the right things before you complete the transaction :yes:

It showed the starry boots. and then after I clicked purchase it showed the EGL shoes.

That's strange, I would have said that wasn't physically possible :o

*shrugs* mayhap a mometery glitch with my computer or something?
So what do I do with them now?

Sell them back, or sell them in the marketplace. That should net you a minimum of 50% of the sale price back :)

No, because that would open the floodgates to endless people deciding they wanted a full refund on anything they have bought from the stores. Simply by saying some glitch happened when they bought it, when in reality they just want to get rid of it and get the full price back.

Sadly, we have to be aware of the potential for this with every little bug and glitch that happens with regard to the stores :(
