I must know how to make a Mr. Green

Well, you can go advanced on your posts, then click on the "more" link. It will open a new window, where you can see our whole range of smilies. If you click on the one you are after, it will appear in your post. But as for the specific mr green, just type :mr green: but without the space between the prefix and green. You can actually see all the characters needed to type any emoticon in the "more" link window.
