If I were to make a real world YAN. Could I sell it as artwork as long as I absorb the cost of shipping?

I would really like a real stuffie of Yan Yan. :) Then he can go to conventions with me.

I remember someone asking about this before (or something very similar... could've been a stuffed Yumeh, I can't remember exactly).

I think the short answer of it was "yes" but I don't remember if there were any stipulations on it nor not. This is best answered by one of the admins or Inso.

I did find that some people talked about making real items in the July 2010 thread "state of the site" or whatever that Inso made, but I did a quick read-through and couldn't find anything specific. Sorry :C

Agreed. Plushies would be a cute idea but I can see how the transactions, gold for real items, can be a slippery slope to venture on even in that aspect.

I think the only way it would work is if it was made and sold for real cash and mene got a percentage of the profits since it's technically their creation. Although -I could very much be wrong. Although I knew a couple had brought up doing just that a while ago - not sure what happened with it though.

Poet and his wife where gonna make tee shirts, and it was Ok'ed by inso actually as long as certain logo's an things where in place. Mene was gonna get a portion of the profits.
