Cannot Recover Main Account
 
Hey, guys. Long time no see.

I'm currently typing this from a mule- my main account is Merrow. I've been locked out of that account for I think a couple years now because I've never been able to get a verification e-mail. I've had dozens of e-mail addresses- I think I originally signed up on that account with the e-mail address

I can't remember what I tried to change it to when I updated it. I think I had [email protected], oror . One of those, probably. Well I never received the e-mail, and my account totally locked up! I tried using the 'Contact' page a couple times over the last few times, but never received a response. Not in spam, not in deleted mail, nada. I contacted a moderator directly on this account, Jellysundae I believe, and she managed to kind of reset the account so I could finally log in again.

So I log in for the first time in ages, getting ready to change my e-mail to, I think... annnnnd the account locks again. I never get my verification email. I was so frustrated and embarrassed after that I couldn't bring myself to message the mod again, so I just considered it a lost cause. Lately though I've been wanting to come back, so here I am asking for help. :c I don't really know what to do. Most of those old e-mail addresses have long since been deleted.

If a mod or someone could reset the account or something, I'd greatly appreciate it. :>

This shouldn't be too hard to fix. Jelly will be the one to tackle this for you, so, give her a day or so, as it's manual. You want the vraiette email attached to it?

:> Thanks. And no, my vraiette email was recently deleted- I purged pretty much every e-mail address I haven't been using, so I'm down to a business e-mail and a casual e-mail. I don't think I can use an e-mail address on multiple accounts, so I'll have to use my business-

And yeah I'm not surprised it says that, I tried logging into my Merrow account on the offchance I wouldn't get the screen telling me to verify my email, but no such luck sadly.

Don't ever post your email addresses publicly like that [sweat] I've edited them all out of your posts. That's no different to posting your address publicly and is a huge security risk.

You should have PMed me again, it's nothing to be embarrassed about, it's not you personally causing the email problem, after all [hug] I'm sending you a PM [yes]

Whoa sorry, I didn't realize posting my e-mail address was a security risk. Both of those e-mail addresses I have for public use- I have them listed on my profile pages on art sites so customers can get ahold of me, so I didn't think it'd be a problem. I keep that in mind in the future. :>
