Do mene have those that comes with the seasons and holidays? Which shops cater to them and special items as well?

If you're referring to special event items, we do have those for sale at the event store. However, the event store only appears during events, so that's why one doesn't exist right now.
There are those who sell event items at the marketplace or in their threads, which is located at the Menewshan Exchange forum {X}

check this out:
menewsha rare item guide

it has all of the contribution items(CI's)
and the event rares, called EI's

you can search in the market place
by 'tags' like EI to find them =3
if you don't know the name

If you are interested in background for your profile, you have to chose and equip them yourself, via your account settings, in the my account area (up on the blue bar), and upload your choices via the "customize profile" section.
Menewsha does have seasonal skins that you can apply to the website itself. Those are available in the drop down menu at the verrry bottom of the page.
