So for the past few days, I've been trying to send some Items/ gold to my mule account but it shows up as my inventory being completely blank and no gold option. I was using a tablet at the time but now I'm using my laptop and it's the same issue. I don't know what could be causing this, is it just not possible to send your mule account a trade? Please help.

The gold option won't show up until you have started a trade with at least one item. That is odd however that your inventory doesn't seem to be showing up.

Is your inventory sorted into drawers? Perhaps you don't have any items in your main drawer? There is a little drop down button where you can chose which drawer you want to select your items from in a trade so if that's the case you should be able to select the drawer that has items that way.

If you do have items in your main drawer then I'm not quite sure. It would be helpful if you can post some screenshots of what happens when you try to start a trade and let us know which internet browser you are using.

Well my main drawer does have items, I'm using firefox as my browser. On my tablet I used Chrome.
I'm still trying to get familiar with my laptop so I don't exactly have a way of getting screenshots right now.

On occasion, I know that some of the drawers won't load on the Trades screen. It's a really unfortunate glitch, but you can usually work around it by moving your wanted items into the main drawer of your inventory. That way it's readily available, you know that it'll load, and you don't have to go searching for it all later on.

Well all my things are in the main inventory, and they still won't load. ; n ;

Look in your inventory to see if you have an odd squished box or a square with an X in it. If you do move that item to a drawer and try trades again. Occasionally a random broken item appears in inventories, and tend to bork other things along the way.
