You can't close your thread and make a new one.

You can have one exchange thread, and keep it, and reuse it by editing it. :]

Basically, if you create a thread, it is your permanent thread. If you decide to buy or sell more items in the future, you're to use the same thread. Gets rid of clutter. XD

A lot of users like to reserve posts and everything for future use, since you can't make new threads.
