My friend told me there was an update for this event for the manga,but if there was its not showing up,so I really don't have a clue as to what is going on. Help? :(
No update to the manga but apparently Mr. Mayor proposed to Vicktoria Valentine and she did not accept. This led her to being bitter and Mr. Mayor is depressed.
