Each user is allowed one mule account. You only have to PM a mod if there are several accounts on the same IP address. ;)

that is if you share computer or internet with someone else and that person has an avie here too.Like a sister or relative etc

If there's more than one person using your computer you have to PM the mods to let them know who you all are, but you are all allowed a mule which you don't have to PM them about.

In this case, however, please -do- send us photo proof and we'll explain the rulings about interacting with people on the same IP.
