Not right now, but it will be available on the new software.
But as of yet, all it will format is a color. Not a size, bold, or italics. But that could change. It HAS been requested.

There isn't yet.

But I have Gaia Bar installed, and that auto-formats my posts here for me. It's nice to have so you don't have to type in the code formats each time.
