I recently discovered a Yumeh Cat Hairpin in my inventory..does anyone know how that could have gotten there? If it was donated, I'm pretty sure it would say who it's from..I think. xD

they were put into everyone's inventory's i believe for the 10k users event.

That's right, the Yume pin was an automatic issue for all users below the 10K mark.
