Auto subscribing, how do i turn it off?

found threads i replied to. as Subscribed.
i do not want that. i deleted them, but i dont want that to keep happening

It is in your Account Control Panel. Supposely under Edit Options, and one of the drop down menu, choose do not subscribe.
