Is there a feature that allows you to see a list of banned users or see if a user is banned?

I'm a bit curious ;)

In the current system, you can look in a user's profile to see if they're banned, but details surrounding the ban are always private between the user and the administration.

Also, one can't say with surety that you'll always be able to see the banned status in profiles, either, but for now you can.

So if it says Banned underneath their username and above User Lists, then they are in fact banned?
