While I prefer just about everything in Menewsha to... that OTHER avatar community *grumble*(you know the one I'm talking about)... There is one thing that bugs me about these smaller communities.

The exchange is... confusing and hard to follow. At least for me. The OTHER community has only one great thing about it that is better from most others and that is the wonderful marketplace, expensive as it is.

I was wondering it there was a possibility of an automated exchange in the (near or distant) future. It would make things less of a hassle for people late to the party on some sales.

Quite honestly. The exchange is very easy to follow. Marketplaces are nice but they lack the interaction of users in the exchange. With the exchange already being a slow moving forum (1 page per 16 hours or so) It is a decent place to keep track of whats being sold, how much its being sold for.

Well... if you say so. Maybe I'm just not capable of following these kinds of exchanges very well. I can just never seem to find what I'm looking for and can't seem to make a thread asking for something correctly...

Oh well.

There has been talk in the past about introducing a type of vend to Menewsha in the future. There were disagreements among the staff and user base about the pros and cons of adding one, but the last I heard was that there will definitely be one in the future.
However, I do not know the status on that is as of now, or if it has been changed.

I just thought it would be nice to know. I believe a thread involving this topic is floating around somewhere in Site Feedback though.

Personally I would love a better marketplace with a search engine and shop fronts that we could maintain ourselves. I'd also like an auction house.

We are planning improvements in this area but I cannot say how soon this will take place since it is still in planning.
