Now im not saying like gaia or whatever... lol just like one thing... or 2... at most i guess...where you get a chance each day to earn gold like say 30-50 gold and... a chance of getting like 100 gold or so if your really lucky... and maybe even a chance of getting some kinda of item...

No, no it wouldn't. It takes all the fun out of earning everything you have, and you end up with items you don't want in your inventory...

Yeah, we honestly wouldn't want anything that dumped random junk into the system. And you have to bear in mind that an item thay was given away free on a pretty much daily basis would be totally worthless anyway, it would just be needless inventory clutter after a while, and needless bandwidth use too. Pretty much a waste of time pixeling it in the first place. Plus, who wants to pixel something that's going to end up worthless, and what kind of item would it be that wasn't worth adding to the stores so we'd give it away for free instead?

Our basic premise here is you don't get anything for nothing, which is why we don't give starter clothes and so on. We like giving people things, but they have to do something to earn it, even if it's only a small something. Down the line we will have various features where people can gain various stuff, but it won't ever be handed to them for no effort at all. Got to jump through the odd hoop even if it's only a small one ;)

I think thats one of the things I like about mene, you do have to earn your own keep around here, but in the end you feel proud of what you have accomplished.

I'm glad we don't have it for the simple reason is on gaia there are so many items that are just spit out and they are not appreciated in the least. Then the system is innindated with worthless items that go on the marketplace for one gold. We definitely do not want anything at all like that here.

It would be very bad to put trash items in the market place for 1-5 gold.
