They're usually pretty helpful and right on the ball.
I did PM sizz something the other day, asking how I should handle it and she never replied though. :( But I know she's busy so I'll be patient as possible.

I'm simply not on often enough, so I'm trying to take care of it asap. Normally I'd have waited but this issue I'd rather not sit on.

Can't you just PM me, Azazel? I really don't have time to use the chat function right now, so it would be a lot easier.

Well, Insomniac IMed me early this morning to inform me that it was fixed. I went to bed, having thought that he'd posted elsewhere. I only was able to get online again not that long ago.

It's easier, in the future, to just quietly report something that shouldn't be posted publicly and have it dealt with that way rather than making an attention-drawing thread about it.

I guess I just would have appreciated a "thank you, we're working on it" PM. That would have told me that the PM was read and I would have left it alone.

Staff always reads their PMs, Azazel. :) But rather than reply back with a "I have no clue what's causing this, hold on!" some of us tend to pass it along to those who can work it out before we reply back. And being human, it does happen that we sometimes forget to reply at all, which is unfortunate. In this case it was likely assumed that you knew we knew because you had spoken to Seito about it. But I can assure you that PMs are read - that's where people send the most important questions! So don't worry about that. :)
