Now I was WARNED via profile edit so I stopped. This was a day or two ago. Now I didn't impersonate anyone. i never once claimed to be anyone that I'm not. I'm Azazel today, I was azazel yesterday, and I'll be azazel a week from now.

What happened was i put "Assistant Admnistrator" in my profile. Now mind you I am an assistant admin of two different websites so I don't see how it doesn't fit. I never claimed I was CK, or Jelly, or Yan, or anyone for that matter. I am myself and no one else. This infraction, as far as I can see, is simply a lash out for calling insomniac out on a prank he pulled on me.

Why would he warn me then days later decide to add it? And again, I never impersonated anyone. I am what I say I am.

Long story short I want this piece of shit infraction lifted. I do nothing but poke fun and give everything to the community. Pulling a stunt like this is total bullshit to be clear. And if someone should get an infraction it should be you your damn self insomniac. You are the one that decided to play a childish prank.

Also, for the record, I thought it was 250 points/offense anyways. Also that there was a 2 warnings to one permanent infraction way of doing things?

You want valid feedback? All topics like this do is stir up vitriol between a group of users who have no conception of the whole story of what goes on behind the scenes and a group who are hamstrung and hogtied by the ToS and privacy policy, leading to pages of irrelevant, inaccurate and perfectly unnecessary posts by people who simply like to pour their own dose of ascorbic and usually unfounded hostility into a topic that's not even for public consumption.

That doesn't even account for the rationale for the topic itself, which is usually simple attention whoring.

Josiah... I know I've only known you for a short while, but you seem to be lashing out for something that could be a mistake on Inso's part. I don't believe it was fair for Inso to make the assumption that you meant you were an admin on this site, but I believe that if you would have waited for yourself to calm down and talked to him in private with an open mind you two could have figured something out.

I'm not picking sides, but I think that both of you are at a down point at something or other.

Maybe this whole thread should take a day off or however long you both need to settle down. I really dislike having conflict even though I'm in something myself, so things like this are a big deal for me.

Also, I don't see why poking fun at what you did is reason for an infraction. So I made fun of poor spelling. You could have simply removed it and put nothing. You put something and I chose to poke fun at your terrific spelling.

Josiah, making fun of mocking Inso is most likely only going to get you into deeper trouble.

I didn't speak to the rationale for this topic, merely that a lot of them fall into that category. Alas, if the shoe fits, however...

@Sai: If i can make it clear, I've had a FEW things to talk to him about. I tried contacting him privately for the last few weeks. Good things. things to help the site. I was going to start donating more. offering help, he NEVER replied back. If I left a profile message he deleted it. This isn't attention whoring, it's a final resort.

@Azazel: I don't know, maybe Inso felt that by offering to help the site, you thought that he wasn't doing a good enough job or something? Again, I'm not picking sides, but I'm just trying to see where both of you are coming from. And yes, I know I'm not Dr. Phil.

@Abomination: Honestly, I'm pretty livid. And poking fun isn't cause to shoot 500 points at someone. He sure poked his fun at me. I should have the ability to shoot it right back without having to worry about being banned. Reciving anything for poking fun like I did, at spelling no less, is fucking ludicrous.
