People might be more interested to stay longer at Mene if there is a newbie pack of clothing that they get for joining. I know that I don't like my avatar being naked until I raise money to get clothes, and it's pretty irritating to have to work hard just to put something on her.
So, it's just a suggestion.

Thank you for taking the time to post this, Missus, but I'd just like to let you know that this is unlikely to happen. The idea gets brought up every once in a while, like in this post, but the general consensus always ends up being that users enjoy the feeling of accomplishment that goes along with earning their own items. :yes:

After all, you just made 50 gold just by creating this thread! That's enough to cover up your avatar, even if it doesn't buy the most fashionable of clothing. :lol:

I didn't realize working hard to get something is that irritating o.o I'd think you'd feel proud of working hard to gain enough gold, to buy something you wanted. Newbie packs are probably never going to happen, and I hope it doesn't.

See every new always wants to start with clothes, and that is understandable. But everyone started out new and naked. Because if you get starter clothes, then when you actually earn clothes, you wont ever wear these started clothes. And when you actually earn clothes for the first time, you feel acomplished. Well I did.
At first I too thought that they should give you something to start with. Like gold or something. But see if you start with nothing, it encourages new people to explore menewsha and the different ways to earn gold.

Personally, I don't like the idea of starter clothes because it does create unwanted items. At first it does seem like a lot of work because you start off with nothing but it is pretty easy to earn gold. No one is going to judge you because you're in your undies either. As a matter of fact, I was just running around in my undies for weeks and I've been here for 4 years. Plus the undies are cute! XD

Ah how quickly new menewshans are to asking and taking then to give. As you are wishing for more clothes and money, they is someone in menewsha that is more new and more desprite for gold. And yet menewshans are still born into this world as takers instead of givers. In due time you will learn what is more important here.
