I actually find that the new little green feedback tab works in Internet Explorer, but not in Firefox. In Firefox, it just kind of sits there and doesn't actually do anything when I click on it. It just refreshes the page I'm on, and takes me to the top. In IE, though, it seems to work fine.

What version of Firefox are you using, Mageling? I am using Firefox and it's working fine for me.
|
I think I was still running one of the Firefox 3 versions. I just downloaded 4 and it seems to be working fine now.
|
I have the old version of Firefox, and the tab works fine for me. o.o
In any case, I love this new feedback tab! It's more discrete, but still noticeable. :3 I was having issues with the other one blocking some avatars. >.< |
It's a nice idea. I'm actually more annoyed that it seems to take us offsite. Why not just put up a new forum?
|
We already have a "Feedback" forum, of course. But Insomniac finds this format more useful to determine what users really want - by giving them a limited number of votes on things, people have to choose the features they want the most.

I agree, more people have been responsive than I have ever seen before with feedback! At first it did annoy me when it was on the left side and it would float along with the scrolling but then they made it stationary which helped a lot and now that it is on the right side at the bottom, I am totally cool with it. Plus I love how much input has been implemented from the feedback received though that option. I think it is less annoying than the chat thing, and I barely notice that tab anymore anyways. =P Mr. Mayor does look adorable too. hehe!

I see it, it is annoying, it works, planning to use it after this post, no option to shut it off?
I feel everything (including the footer that floats and slows down my screen and such) should be optioned to be turned off. EDIT: Minimized footer, all be frosty now. This way you can always turn it back on. Freedom of choice. Isn't this the way things should be? Additional: Tried it, and I do NOT care for offsites that ask for email and other info that I consider to be "Personal" nor do I agree with all of the "Terms Of Use" when attempting to vote on something, AND, we have a limited number of votes? Um, sorries, prefer a checkbox to shut it off, if there's a forum, someone please PM me the link? |
I have not used it yet. I was wondering what exactly it does. It is kinda annoying.

@Marcy: You don't have to give your email. 8) You can vote as anon and you don't have to fill any of that in.
