Ughh... About the log out button..

Yeah... I went to press the log out button, and it gave me a 502 error... Then when I come back to the site, I'm still logged in...

And as of closing the browser and coming back... My computer keeps me signed in... Heh.

Plus; Sorry if it's in the wrong forum. I really wasn't sure where this goes.

Try clearing your cache, sometimes that's the issue.

Yeah, I'm kind of a derp and don't know what Cache means :) .
Thank you for the help, still!

Not sure what the Mac version of this is, but try holding Ctrl and then hitting F5 while its still pressed in to do a empty the cache for that page and reload everything again. Failing that, emptying your entire cache should be an option somewhere in your browser i think? Sorry i havent been specifically more help.

I use a netbook and I tried what you said to do. :(
I did the CTRL and F5, and menewsha was the only thing up.

I still get the response "502 error, bad gateway"

jellysundae 12-30-2011 09:24 PM

Bad gateway is caused by too many requests going to the server, and causing a backlog. Keeping on trying to log out just backs things up further and makes things worse :)

The best thing you can do is try again later.

If you're wanting to log into a mule account, your best option is to use a different browser for the second account, which neatly avoids the problem of needing to log out

Oh, well that explains things. Thank you. I would if this netbook could handle other browsers. Suppose I'll just try again later :) thanks for all the help!

Which browser do you use?

jellysundae 01-01-2012 08:05 AM

If it can only take one browser, probably the one it came with already installed?

The Wandering Poet 01-03-2012 09:07 PM

@ Jelly - So that means either IE or Safari?
*No idea who owns netbooks*

Plateau 01-05-2012 11:34 PM

I would say IE. My mum had a netbook and that came with IE.

hummy 01-15-2012 12:32 PM

how do you tell what browser your laptop/desktop came with?
