Attack of the tags!!
 

More tags on items are really great. It's super frustrating to not be able to find a certain item because it's not tagged well, so I really love seeing a well-tagged item. That being said... have a look at the MP page for honeymooner's retreat. Holy page stretching, Batman! [gonk]

Is there any way to force a line break in the tags section? Not a huge deal, really, but it's a little thing that would be silly to keep around if there was a quick fix.

We are actually discussing this at present because of something unrelated. If you search the marketplace for a multi-equip by name or color, for example, you will only get the multi and not the items in it, even if the items are tagged the exact same way.

In the DAC you get the individual items and not the multi soooooo... we're talking about what to do about that because this was by design apparently. :)

I'm sure once we figure out what to do about that issue that it will solve this one.

That page stretch's is pretty hardcore, isn't it >< Sadly, that's code and not something we can do anything about. It's just like the preview option in the shops has no...pagination? So EI previews just stretch out of the dressing room instead of having a second page like they do in the dressing rooms in announcements.

Couldn't a word wrap or fixed alignment for the table solve this issue? But I'm not knowledgable in code XD (and not sure what kind Mene uses). This is just something basic I vaguely learned while making layouts for things with CSS and HTML.

In general, Mene's site is quite stretchy according to it's content, so maybe it's related to that. (Page stretching from large images, and such).

There's no table, we just have a slot like a search bar that we enter the tags into, there's nothing that we can alter. [sweat] I don't know why that item stretches things, to be honest. I've stripped some of the needless tags from the Honeymooners Retreat's multi, anyway, there's no need for the multi itself to have colours etc in its tags.

There's probably some area deep in the code where you could force line breaks after a certain character length, but I imagine that would need a lot of pestering Inso to make happen. >< Oh well!

On another note, fab update to the yellow announcements! They look much nicer now, far less clunky. [:)]
