Some items are made for one gender or another.
Try switching your avatar's gender and see if the items equip. :)

The green merry skirt layers over the starry skirts, but the other merry skirts go underneath (like in my current avatar). Can it be moved onto the same layer as the other ones?

would it be possible to change the layering of the wand in the hommade angel multi so that it goes behind poofy skirts (like the sugarplum dress) <.< ... please? =) because the wand keeps sticking out and it looks like there's a hole in my skirt :'(

With the sugarplum dresses, anything you hold looks odd. Your hand is under the dress, and the item itself seems to poke through a hole in the dress. Refer to my avatar if you don't know what I mean.
Is there a way to get this fixed?

I don't think it's particular to those dresses; it happens to any handheld items with any dress. The nero's robe (the long pose, which is on one of the dress layers) has frequently been a headache for yours truly when it comes to certain handheld items

So there's no way to fix it?
Maybe if the arms were above the dress. Maybe we should have a toggle thing for dresses?

It won't affect the way the dress looks, just how the hands appear.

My hair peeks through my headband. Is there anyway to change it so the headband thing items cover the hair?

The way the Rocking Out Rock Star "stage" post and the Silver Arch looks odd. The "feet" of the arch are beneath the stage.
o__O
Weird.
