Can we please have quick reply? It's a really easy hack to install and it's really convienient.

This site's time for reply is shorter than other sites but I think it is up to you really if you want to install a program or not I dont know if it would be against the rules and if a mod sees your answer times he or she would punish you, really I have no idea.

I think she means one built into the site, but I see no reason for it as I often have to sit here and wait until the site will let me post again because I'm posting faster than is allowed and keep getting a message telling me to wait :P |

"Hack" in this case means a script. She's wanting the staff to add a quick reply function which doesn't take much for this type of forum. I agree with this in whole because it's a convenience every forum should have whether a person is considered lazy for using it or not.

What do you mean by Quick Reply...? I've used a Firefox Extension that lets you quick reply to Gaia. Are you talking about the box at the bottom that allows you to post without having to go to the posting page?

Yeah - Quick Reply is exactly what you said, Fail. :3 Where there's a streamlined version of the full "Post a Reply" page embedded at the end of each page of the thread so you can type without having to load a new page.
Since I rarely use a lot of coding in my posts, on forums that have Quick Reply, I almost always use it. |
Quick Reply would be kind of handy, wouldn't it?
Perhaps this can be implemented at some point. I'll have to bring it up in the staff room. |
